How can a wedding planner be invaluable to your wedding?
Even if it’s logistics only, you will enjoy your day, your parents can be the hosts, and all of the other details will be taken care of! Early in the process, wedding planners can guide you in the direction of the right venue, vendors, help design your event, and save you money and time!
Top three vendors a bride should book First in planning her wedding?
Venue, photographer, florist; most of the best vendors book up the quickest.
Quick tips for saving money on your wedding?
Skip the champagne toast and have your guests raise their drink of choice during the toasts instead. You can still offer champagne at the bar for those that prefer to drink it, but you’ll save on having all the unconsumed bubbly poured down the drain at the end of the night.”
What aspects of your wedding should not be done DIY?
DIYing can be a lot of fun! Handmade details are a blast, but in keep in mind, if you are DIYing something for every guest (favors, placards, etc.) you will have to produce 100-300 of them! Another advantage to having a large wedding planning team on your side is you can design the DIY details, and our team can produce them over and over!
If you had one piece of advice to give a bride what would it be?
Be yourself! Inspiration is everywhere and can take the design of your wedding in a million directions, but making the event all about you and your husband-to-be will really make the day stand out for you and all of your guests to remember.
